Suburu Mohaideen is an experienced Civil Engineer with more than five years of industry expertise. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from KNUST (September 2017 - August 2021) and is currently pursuing an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering at the same university (January 2025 - June 2026). He is a Professional Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET-GH).

His professional experience includes working as a Quality Control Engineer at Maripoma Enterprise Limited , an Assistant Site Engineer at Lakeside Estate , an Assistant Structural Engineer at Del Este , and an Assistant Materials Technician and Project Supervisor at the Ghana Highway Authority. Mr. Mohaideen is proficient in several software programs, including ProtaStructures, Civil 3D, Excel, and AutoCAD. He has also earned multiple certifications from Coursera and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. In 2014, he was the Presidential Award Winner for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and the overall best BECE candidate in the Upper West Region
