Rayan Yussif is a Civil Engineer with over a decade of experience in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industries. He has strong analytical and interpersonal skills. He holds an MPhil in Urban Management Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2019), a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and Management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK (2012), and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Takoradi Polytechnic (2005). He also has professional certificates in Public Administration and Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Management from GIMPA.

Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Municipal Roads Director for the Ledzokuku, Yendi, and Tamale Municipal Assemblies, and Maintenance Engineer, Area Engineer, and Trainee Engineer for the Ministry of Roads and Highways. His key achievements include playing a pivotal role in completing the first flyover in Northern Ghana and leading a team of engineers to construct over 100km of road projects. He is a professional member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (GH) and the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GH), and an associate member of the Association of Civil Engineers (USA). He is proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office and familiar with software such as Astapower project and Auto Cad Architecture.
