Anthony Quarshie is a seasoned professional educator with over two decades of teaching experience. He holds a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences with a concentration in Business Management from the University of Cape Coast, which he earned from 1999 to 2002. He also holds an Advanced Level Certificate from St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary School and an Ordinary Level Certificate from Abetifi Presbyterian Secondary School.

His professional experience with the Ghana Education Service includes his current role as a Deputy Director and Public Relations Officer for the Assin South District, where he has been since September 2020. In this role, he handles media liaison, public communication, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of GES initiatives. He previously served as a Coordinator for Basic Schools, a Circuit Supervisor, and a teacher. He is a proficient English speaker and is advanced in Asante Twi and Ga. He is also proficient in Mfante.
